Beautiful photos – makes me want to get out there for a hike. But, Rick doesn’t say where on the FLT he was. Can anyone venture a guess, based on the photos?

“Not my section”, said the little red hen, er trail steward.
It certainly looks like he started at the jumpoff on Gannett Hill (Ontario County Park) at the northern end of the Bristol Hills branch of the FLT. The orange blazes indicate it’s the Bristol Hills branch (the main trunk of the FLT has white blazes). I’ve hiked there numerous times and love that part of the trail.
I would also say the northern part of the Bristol Hills Trail on Gannett Hill at the Jump Off in Ontario County Park.
